Supporting those struggling to keep it all together.

Virtual therapy in Arizona & Utah for adults navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and the emotional impact of living in a world that wasn’t designed for the way your brain works.

ADHD is about so much more than attention.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can affect far more than focus. It can shape how someone manages daily responsibilities, makes decisions, regulates emotions, experiences relationships, and understands themselves.

Many adults have spent years believing they're lazy, disorganized, or "not trying hard enough," when they're actually navigating an undiagnosed or misunderstood neurodevelopmental condition. Therapy can help make sense of these patterns and develop strategies that work with your brain — not against it.

Hi, I’m Kara!

I’m a licensed therapist specializing in adult ADHD and the many ways it can affect how we function, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with an emphasis on understanding why something feels difficult rather than simply trying to work harder at it.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can put down the pressure to have everything figured out and begin making sense of the patterns that have been affecting your life. Whether you're navigating an ADHD diagnosis, burnout, anxiety, relationships, or self esteem issues, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and build a life that feels more manageable and sustainable.

Understanding yourself changes everything.

When you understand why something is difficult, it becomes easier to move away from shame and toward meaningful change. Therapy can help you make sense of your ADHD, develop strategies for everyday life, and better understand the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and navigate the world.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

If you're ready to better understand yourself, feel more supported, and find strategies that make life feel more manageable, I'd love to connect.
